29 CFR 1910.333(c)(2): The employer did not ensure that only qualified persons were working on energized circuits and that qualified persons were familiar with the proper use of special precautionary techniques, personal protective equipment, insulating and shielding materials, and insulated tools a) On or about September 3, 2020, and at times prior thereto; in the electrical/equipment room, where exposed live parts were not de-energized, the employer did not use other safety related work practices to protect employees, who worked on or near energized electrical circuits from electrical shocks and burns.
