29 CFR 1910.217(c)(2)(i)(d): Point of operation guard(s) on mechanical power press(es) did not utilized fasteners not readily removable by the operator, so as to create minimize the possibility of misuse or removal of essential parts: On or about August 15, 2020, in the workshop, employees operating a Walsh W-856A mechanical power press was exposed to amputation hazards. The employer did not ensure that the guard was not easily removed.
