29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator: a) On or about 05/19/2020 in the Finishing Department/Cutting Room; where employees were wearing 3M 6200 elastomeric half-face respirators with P100 cartridges. The employer did not fit test employees before issuing the respirators and permitting employee use of the respirators. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
