29 CFR 1910.145(e)(4): Biological hazard signs or tags were not used to identify the actual or potential presence of a biological hazard and to identify equipment, containers, rooms, experimental animals, or combinations thereof, that contained or were contaminate: a) Warehouse (Truck Unloading Area): On or about 3/19/2020, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to biological hazards in that biological signs to warn against biological hazard were not used while employees are performing task such as tagging merchandise where bat feces laid directly on top of the boxes
