29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not ensure that Safety Data Sheets were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s): On or about January 23, 2020 at the Sprint Energy Landfill employer did not ensure to make Safety Data Sheets readily accessible to employees cleaning transfer/storage tanks. Employees were cleaning tanks that contained Hydrocarbons fluids, solids and chemical mixtures. This condition exposed employees to health hazards.
