29 CFR 1910.217(c)(1)(i): The employer did not provide and insure the usage of "point of operation guards" or properly applied and adjusted point of operation devices on every operation performed on a mechanical power press: a. Facility - On or about January 21, 2020, employees assigned to operate the Accurpress (model 7608 S/N 6198) power press were exposed to amputation hazards while hand feeding the materials into the machine in close proximity to the point of operation.
