29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2): The employer did not assure that each employee exposed to fall hazards was trained by a competent person qualified in the areas specified in 29 CFR 1926.503 (a)(2)(i) through (viii) On or about December 12th, 2019, and at times prior thereto, employees performing residential roofing operations at heights of greater than 6 feet were not trained in the use of personal fall arrest systems or any other form of fall protection, exposing employees to the hazard of falling from height.
