29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): (a) Delphi robotic cell: On or about November 16, 2019, employees inside the cell enclosure were not protected from the point of operation of the power molding press when reaching into the point of operation to clear a jam. This exposed the employee to an amputation injury.
