29 CFR 1910.335(a)(1)(iv): Employees exposed to the danger of head injury from electric shock or burns due to contact with exposed energized parts did not wear nonconductive head protection: a) At Facility - On or about October 26, 2019 and at times prior to, the employer did not require employees to wear head protection while performing voltage testing on electrical disconnect panel boxes, thus exposing employees to electrical hazards.
