Establishment: Employees performing job duties in the tanning salon use chemicals such as but not limited to, Australian Gold PH Disinfectant cleaner and Lysol Disinfectant Wipes. Safety Data Sheets were not made readily available; On or about 10/29/2019. Note: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
