29 CFR 1918.5(b): The employer did not train each affected employee in a manner required by a standard, therefore each failure to provide training to an employee was considered a separate violation: a. On or about October 6, 2019, onboard and on the dock during vessel load back and discharge of the M/V AAL GENOA, employees were not provided training in fall protection or the recognition of fall hazards, exposing them to fall hazards.
