29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch: The employer is failing to ensure that employees are protected for struck by and amputation hazards. This has most recently documented on or about August 30, 2019 at Pomp's Tire Service at 4101 West O Street, Lincoln, NE 68528. The work rest on the bench grinder was measured within 1 1/2 inches of the grinding wheel.
