29 CFR 1910.106(d)(7)(iii): Open flames and smoking shall not be permitted in flammable liquid storage areas. On or about August 29, 2019; and at times prior thereto; at the Paint/Chemical Storage room and the Paint/Chemical Waste Storage Container Area, the employer did not install No Smoking or No Open Flames signs to prohibit employees from smoking.
