29 CFR 1926.454(a)(1): Employer did not ensure that employees while on a scaffold are trained by a qualified person on ways to minimize hazards in the work area. (a) On or about August 20, 2019, and at times prior thereto, worker engaged in using an aerial lift with no fall protection and elevated to various heights up to approximately 18 feet above ground level, did not demonstrate an understanding of how to mitigate the hazards associated with the aerial lift, fall hazards and/or falling object hazards in the work area. NOTE: Abatement certification IS required for this item.
