29 CFR 1926.417(c): Tags were not placed to identify plainly the equipment or circuits being worked on: The employer is failing to protect employees from electrocution hazards associated from a circuit breaker which was not tagged out during installation of a new light fixture between the hot and the cold liquid storage tanks. This was most recently documented on August 9, 2019 at the jobsite located at 1607 Anaconda Road, Harrisonville, Missouri. An employee was shocked and fatally injured while working with a 110 volt energized conductor that was not rendered inoperative or guarded.
