29 CFR 1910.335(a)(1)(v): Employees exposed to the danger of injury to the eyes or face from electric arcs or flashes or from flying objects resulting from electrical explosion did not wear protective equipment for the eyes or face: Fire Riser Room, FACP, FDC; 10010 San Pedro Office Building: On or about August 08, 2019 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to electrical hazards while performing load bank testing procedures on an alternating terminal switch without wearing adequate personal protective equipment such as but not limited to arc flash hoods, arc flash helmets and arc flash visors.
