29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(7)(i): Warning signs that demarcated the regulated area were not provided and displayed at each location where a regulated area was required to be established: a) Mercy Hospital, 565 Abbott Road, Buffalo, NY, Operating Room 5 - On or about 07/12/2019 and ongoing, before work subject to this standard was begun in the OR5 warning signs to demarcate a regulated area were not displayed in the OR5 where Class III asbestos work was being performed on asbestos containing material which contained up to approximately 20% to 33% asbestos (Chrysotile). NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
