29 CFR 1910.334(b)(1): Cable connectors not of the load break type, fuses, terminal lugs, or cable splice connections were used as disconnecting means of electric power and lighting circuits: a- 2039 Route 130 South, Florence NJ: Circuit breakers were frequently used as switches, controlling the power to the warehouse lighting. As such these circuit breakers were not being used as per their manufacturer's requirements. Condition observed on or about 08/01/19 & 08/26/19. IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.
