29 CFR 1910.147(d)(3): All energy isolating devices that were needed to control the energy to the machine or equipment were not physically located and operated in such a manner as to isolate the machine or equipment from the energy source(s). At 1120 Mason Circle S., Pevely, Missouri, specifically inside of the Shipping/Receiving Area, the electrical energy supplying power to the LAN-TECH V Series Wrapping Machine, was not isolated whenever servicing has to occur. This violation was noted on 07/23/19.
