29 CFR 1910.269(c)(1)(ii): The employer did not ensure that the employee in charge conducted a job briefing that met paragraphs (c)(2) though (c)(4) of this section with the employees involved before they start each job: On or about June 25, 2019, on the North side of an electrical power pole, the employer did not ensure that employees were servicing a down 14.4KVA power line without a job briefing or job assessment of the hazards associated with working on live electrical lines.
