29 CFR 1910.110(f)(6)(ii): Containers were not stored in a suitable enclosure or otherwise protected against tampering: The employer does not ensure LPG cylinders are being stored in a suitable enclosure or otherwise protected against tampering. This violation was observed on or about May 30, 2019, in the maintenance area, where LPG cylinders were stored on a metal rack and on the ground by the greenhouse. This exposes employees to fire and explosion hazards. Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation describing the steps taken to ensure LPG cylinders are stored in a suitable enclosure or otherwise protected against tampering.
