29 CFR 1910.26(c): Portable dock boards were not secured by anchoring them in place nor by using equipment or devices that prevented the dock board from moving out of a safe position: The employer does not protect employees from a sudden, unplanned collapse hazard. A 10047 Compton Street, Belgrade, Missouri, specifically at the Loading Dock, the portable dock board was held in place to the tractor trailer by two, short nails. No equipment or devices were used. Employees use a pallet jack to transport up to 800 pounds of commodity into the trailer at a time. This violation was noted on 05/22/19.
