29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(D): Flexible cords and cables were attached to building surfaces: a) 221 Sunset Blvd, Chambersburg PA - On or about March 20, 2019, a yellow extension cord was observed secured to electrical conduit along the ceiling and to the frame of an Amada HFBO hydraulic press brake. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
