29 CFR 1910.134(h)(3)(iii): Self-contained breathing apparatus were not inspected monthly, maintained in a fully charged state, recharged when the pressure falls to 90% and the employer did not determine that the regulator and warning devices function properly: Drilling Site: On or about February 27, 2019, the employer did not ensure all self-contained breathing apparatus onsite were recharged when the pressure fell below 90%. This condition exposed employees to health hazards.
