29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2) Information and training. 29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(i): The employer shall train each employee with occupational exposure in accordance with the requirements of this section. Such training must be provided at no cost to the employee and during working hours. The employer shall institute a training program and ensure employee participation in the program. On or about March 5, 2019, the employer had not trained employees with occupational exposure and require participation in a training program that met the elements of 29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(vii)(A)-(N). On March 5, 2019, two employees involved with initial treatment and cleanup of blood from an accident involving the partial amputation of two fingers on the pallet line conveyor belt had not received training from the employer as required under this part.
