29 CFR 1926.501(c)(3): The employer did not barricade the area to which objects could fall, did not prohibit employees from entering the barricaded area, and did not keep objects that could fall far enough away from the edge of a higher level so that the objects would no go over the edge if they were accidentally displaced. Location - 189 Vassar Street, Cambridge, MA. Fourth floor. On or about February 28, 2019, three employees were exposed to construction material that fell from fourth floor to ground level that was not barricaded to prevent displacement.
