29 CFR 1910.1200(j)(2)(ii): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area in accordance with the update to the hazard communication program required by paragraph (h)(1) and (h)(3): Employees were exposed to health hazards. Employees engaged in bucket molding activities were exposed to health hazards in that the employer had not provided employees with effective information and training on the hazardous chemicals in their workplace in accordance with the revised hazard communication standard. Hazardous Chemicals used at the workplace include but are not limited to Gel-Coat, glue, resin and fiberglass. 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.
