29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the scope, purpose, authorization, rules, and techniques to be utilized for the control of hazardous energy, including, but not limited to Items of this section: a) On or about 02/11/19 in the packaging area; employees were exposed to caught in hazards during the set-up, change over, cleaning and sanitation of the production equipment, such as but limited to, weigh dumpers and pouch filler machines on Line #1 - Solpac, Line #2 continuous packer, and Line # 3- PPI Leepack, when the employer did not develop equipment specific procedures to include, but not limited to: the energy sources (pneumatic, electric) and other steps as required to control hazardous energy prior to conducting these activities. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
