29 CFR 1926.405(j)(1)(ii): Fixtures, lampholders, rosettes, or receptacles were not securely supported: a) On or about 2/5/2019, Worksite at 1711 West Genesee St: Employees were utilizing electrical powered equipment such as, but not limited to a compressor and a circular saw. These pieces of equipment were energized through an extension cord which had a metal receptacle box attached to the end of the cord. The box was designed to be mounted, and was not secured. Abatement certification is required for this item.
