29 CFR 1910.95(i)(2): The employer did not ensure that hearing protectors were worn by employees who were exposed to an 8-hour TWA of 85 decibels or greater: a) On or about January 10, 2019, in the Shop area, the employer failed to ensure employees wore hearing protection who were exposed to noise at an 8-hour time-weighted average (TWA) sound of 90.3 dBA during a 480 minute sampling period as they performed braiding operations.
