29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16)(iii): Personal fall arrest systems, when stopping a fall, were not rigged such that an employee could not free fall more than 6 feet (1.8 m) nor contact any lower level: a) Supported Scaffold Northwest Entrance - On or about January 9, 2019 a Fall Tech brand shock absorbing lanyard and a Fall Tech brand self-retracting lifeline were connected together and extended at a distance which could cause the employee to free fall more than 6 feet or contact a lower level or other fixed object.
