29 CFR 1926.1060(a)(1)(iii): The employer did not ensure that each employee using ladders and stairways had been trained by a competent person in the proper construction, use, placement, and care in handling of all stairways and ladders: a) On or about December 20, 2018 - 6860 Governors West NW, Huntsville, AL, employees were exposed to fall hazards when employees had not been told that they should not use stairways without handrails.
