Location: a) In Suite 606 at 37 west 20th Street, New York, NY 10011: On or about 12/20/2018, employees that were painting and plastering, were exposed to chemical hazards from, but not limited to, water based paint, and plastering. The employer did not have safety data sheets (SDS) for chemicals used at the site.
