29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace: (a)Dakota Bodies, LLC at 201 20th Avenue Southeast, Watertown, SD 57201: On or about and at times prior to October 30, 2018, the employer did not ensure employee were protected from hazards associated with respirator used in that, the company did not require employees to receive a medical evaluation prior to being required to wear a respirator when performing work. This condition exposed employees to hazards associated with respirator use.
