29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: On or about October 25, 2018, the following electrical boxes had fitting openings that were not effectively closed. a. The 240 volt electrical junction box for the belt motor that was mounted on the wall at the 808 drop packer line had five fitting openings. b. The junction box for the motor control emergency stop button at the 808 drop packer line had one fitting opening.
