29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(21): Each employee shall use at least one hand to grasp the ladder when progressing up and/or down the ladder. On or about 10/14/2018 employees at the Hangdog Lane roofing project were exposed to approximately 18' falls. Employees did not grasp their ladder with at least one hand while progressing up the ladder.
