29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9): The distance between the abrasive wheel periphery(s) and the adjustable tongue or the end of the safety guard peripheral member at the top exceeded one fourth inch: At 185 West Outer Road, Valley Park, MO, specifically inside of the Repair Shop, the dual bench mounted abrasive wheel grinder was missing a tongue guard. The distance between the abrasive wheel and peripheral guard was approximately 1.5 inches. This violation was observed on 09/10/18.
