(b) On August 17, 2018, employees were exposed to the unguarded portion of the blade on the Sweden Freezer Band Saw. (c) On August 17, 2018 and at times prior thereto, the National Rivet S/N 2838 riveter did not have guarding. (d) On August 17, 2018 and at times prior thereto, the National Rivet S/N 1117 riveter did not have guarding. (e) On August 17, 2018 and at times prior thereto, the National Rivet S/N 8414 riveter did not have guarding. (f) On August 17, 2018 and at times prior thereto, the National Rivet S/N 8496 riveter did not have guarding. (g) On August 17, 2018 and at times prior thereto, the National Rivet S/N 6315 riveter did not have guarding. (h) On August 17, 2018 and at times prior thereto, the B&B Rivet Machine Sales WV riveter did not have guarding. (i) On August 17, 2018 and at times prior thereto, the B&B Rivet Machine Sales S/N 1941 riveter did not have guarding. (j) On August 17, 2018 and times prior thereto; the Power Team Hydraulic Press, S/N 349564 did not have guarding.
