29 CFR 1926.451(g)(2): The employer did not provide fall protection for employees erecting or dismantling supported scaffolds: a) Arbors at Meadow Woods - Lot 174 - Roof of porch; On or about August 9, 2018 and at times prior thereto, the employer exposed his employees to fall hazards of up to 11 feet 2 inches to the ground below in that employees erecting a scaffold platform were not provided with fall protection.
