29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(iii): The employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazard(s) in the workplace; including a reasonable estimate of employee exposures to respiratory hazards and identification of the contaminant's chemical state and physical form: a) Shop - On or about 07/16/18 and at times prior thereto employees performed electric welding and applied flammable solvent-based coatings inside a spray booth. The employer did not establish the identity and concentration of the chemicals in the air, and did not assess the corresponding exposures of workers to such chemicals. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
