29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use. a) JSP Enterprises LTD at 3970 Holly Street Denver, CO 80207: On or before July 12, 2018 the employer did not maintain a safety data sheet for each hazardous chemical and lubricants, flammable liquids, and combustible liquids stored in the warehouse. These chemicals include Sunburst Chemicals Solid Emulsion Degreaser and Sanitizer, Prestone Antifreeze, and Sytha Tech Lubricant. This exposes employees to chemical irritations to eyes, respiratory, and skin due to employee lack of knowledge regarding chemical hazards.
