29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3)(iii)(B)(2): The employer did not ensure that equipment is located so that no uninsulated part of its structure (the portion of the structure that provides a conductive path to employee on the ground) can come closer to the line than permitted in paragraph (c)(3)(iii) of this section while employees are standing on the ground and can contact the vehicle or equipment: On or about July 6, 2018 the employer does not ensure that employees who stand on the ground while tarping/untarping a trailer locate equipment so that any uninsulated part of its structure can come closer to the line than permitted in paragraph (c)(3)(iii) of this section. Employees are exposed to hazards associated with contact with overhead electric lines.
