29 CFR 1926.307(e)(1)(i): Horizontal belts which had both runs 7 feet (2.128 m) or less from the floor level were not guarded: a) crane barge; On or about 06/20/2018, Jersey Devils LLC employees were exposed to potential injuries due to unguarded power transmission belts on an automotive motor modified and used as a water pump for dock repair and pile leveling operations. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
