29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program was understood by employees: On or about June 20, 2018, the employer did not ensure employees were adequately trained in the purpose and function of the energy control program. Employees were required to perform activities such as cleaning out rocks from the M-Tec MR 90 V cement mixer, and are exposed to amputation hazards from moving parts in that the equipment was not properly deenergized.
