29 CFR 1910.134(k)(3): Training was not provided prior to requiring employees to use a respirator in the workplace: ColorCoat, Inc./Middlesex, NJ- Throughout the plant area: Training covering proper use, limitations, and maintenance of the respiratory protection was not provided to employees prior to requiring them to use respirators in the workplace. Employees were required to use the following respirators on daily basis: a) 3M (9105 VFlex) N95 filtering face piece respirator b) 3M elastomeric, half face respirator with organic cartridges Condition observed on or about June 5, 2018.
