29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not protected from abrasion, and openings through which conductors entered were not effectively closed: (a) Tear Down Department - Employees using the Tear Down Saw 2 were exposed to electrical shock hazards on or about August 1, 2018. Conductors entering the electrical panel box for the saw were pulled out and exposed to damage. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
