29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: On or about 5/18/2018, at 1975 Old Covington Road NE, Conyers, GA: Hazard communication training was not provided where employees were required to work with chemicals that included but were not limited to: heavy degreaser, DEF diesel exhaust fluid, brake cleaner, engine oil, and other chemicals as a part of their daily duties. Safety data sheets were provided during the walk-around inspection.
