29 CFR 1910.307(c): Equipment, wiring methods, and installations of equipment in hazardous (classified) locations were not intrinsically safe, approved for the hazardous (classified) location, or safe for the hazardous (classified) location: On or about March 27, 2018, employees were exposed to smoke inhalation and burn hazards (combustible PRB coal dust) and the employer provided electrical equipment that was not safe for the hazardous (classified) location including: a) condulet plug missing near Feeder 6A; and b) unsecured condulet cover at the stairway landing of Conveyor 5B.
