29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings are not effectively closed: a) The employer, West Side Fabrication, LLC, does not ensure that unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings are effectively closed. On or about March 6, 2018 and at times prior, employees were exposed to this hazard while working in and around the main fabrication shop where the main circuit breaker panel contained openings that were not effectively closed. West Side Fabrication, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1261379, Citation Number 2, Item Number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on February 7, 2018, with respect to the same panel at the same workplace located at 2120 Naegele Road, Colorado Springs, CO.
