29 CFR 1910.132(f)(1)(ii): The employer did not provide training to each employee who is required by this section to use PPE on knowing what PPE is necessary: a) Packaging Lab, 50 Frontage Road, Andover, MA On or about March 29, 2018, the employer did not provide adequate training on hand protection selection for employees working with chemicals including, but not limited to methyl iodide, and sulfuric acid. The employer did not specify to employees what gloves were appropriate for working with specific chemicals. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
